| Combined intumescent smoke and fire seals which are heat activated. It is unobtrusively set into a machined groove (10x6mm) around the perimeter of timber frame or door edges. Intumescent fire door seal is based on expansion graphite, it is used for fire door and window or any place to prevent fire, smoke & acoustic through out, obtained both intergrity and insulation rate as required. |

Installation instructions
- Select the appropriate strip using the door test evidence, which will identify the size intumescent strip required.
- The seal needs to be located centrally in either the door leaf or frame.
- Rout a groove suitable for the size of intumescent strip selected. Clean the rebate to remove any dust. Remove the self-adhesive backing liner from the product and push fit into the routed groove.
- To achieve excellent adhesion strips must be applied to clean, dry surfaces at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C.
