Blue Silicone Coolant Hose 180 Degree Elbows Hose
 

180 Degree Silicone Elbow Hoses are constructed from one of the toughest polymers available which makes them perfect for high performance applications, such as coolant and turbo hoses. They can handle extremes of temperature (from -50°C to +180°C) and have superb resistance to UV, water, ozone and oxygen. The specially formulated compounds ensure excellent tensile strength and resistance to compression set.

180° Silicone Elbow Hoses are used in a huge range of applications ranging from trucks, buses, high performance production cars and saloon car racing.

Polyester Reinforced Silicon Hoses are more commonly found in radiator and coolant applications and widely applied in marine, automotive and industry for carrying coolant, glycol, water, steam or sprayed by a small amount of oil mist..

The formulated multi layered reinforced construction makes them ideal to replace old rubber hoses and particularly suited for all custom coolant plumbing applications and forced induction installations.




Features

2. Resistant to compression permanent deformation, UV resistance, flame retardant and other characteristics.
3. Hardness: the most soft silicone 50 ± 5 degrees, the most hard 80 ± 5 degrees.
4. Than ordinary rubber has much better heat resistance, can be used at 150 degrees almost always without performance changes.
5. Can be used at 200 degrees continuous use of 10,000 hours, 350 degrees can also be used for some time.
